Shipping and Handling charges: All shipments are insured. Free shipping on purchases over $100 within the United States. International orders are calculated based on country and weight. We will ship orders as soon as the funds are verified. Credit card orders are typically shipped within 3 days. Other payment methods may take longer.
Returns: In the event that you are not satisfied with the product upon receipt, please send an email with your contact information and problem with 7 days. We will either exchange the product for similar item or you can return it for a refund. All returned items must be in original packaging and must be in "as new condition". Shipping charges are not refundable. No refunds on custom orders.
Custom Designs: We can create a similiar item to any item that has already been sold. Since some of the beads and stones are unique, the item may not be exactly like the original. All custom design sales are final.
Repairs: Repairs during the first 30 days are free if all beads are returned. After 30 days, you will need to ship the item with all beads back to us for an estimate. Please ship all items insured. We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier. Items lost or damaged during shipping need to be claimed with that carrier.
Sales tax for Texas residents is 8.25% and is automatically added to the order. If you are not comfortable with online ordering, you may send funds using check or money order. Please email us to have us hold an item for you while we wait on funding. |
